Questions Venue Owners Usually Ask

  • TVA includes CRM setup, but we are not just a CRM.

We install the system behind your venue’s inquiry flow — forms, automations, sales pipeline, reminders, and lead tracking — so your team has a cleaner way to move inquiries toward tours and bookings.

    The platform matters.
    The implementation matters more.

  • TVA includes CRM and automation technology, but it is not a DIY software subscription.

TVA Inbox is a venue-specific CRM and follow-up system installed by The Venue Assistant. We configure the forms, automations, pipeline, follow-up, and workflows around how your venue actually sells and books events.

The platform matters. The implementation matters more.

  • No — TVA is not a generic CRM template or plug-and-play snapshot.

We use professional CRM and automation infrastructure as the foundation, then install and configure the system around how venues actually capture inquiries, follow up, track leads, move tours, and book events.

A snapshot can be a starting point.

The value is in the strategy, setup, workflows, automations, support, and venue-specific structure built around your business.

Templates don’t book events. Systems do.

  • No.

Most marketing companies focus on leads. TVA focuses on the full path from inquiry to booked event.

That means we care about where leads go, how fast they are followed up with, what happens after the first response, and whether your system is actually helping you book.

  • Most companies sell one piece of the problem — ads, a CRM, a funnel, or a strategy call.

TVA connects the full lead-to-booking path. We help venues capture inquiries, follow up faster, organize sales, connect marketing, and move leads toward tours, proposals, and booked events.

  • TVA starts with onboarding and setup.

We review your current inquiry flow, forms, CRM needs, follow-up process, and sales pipeline. From there, we install the system, configure the workflows, and help your team understand how to use it.

You are not just handed a login and left to figure it out.

  • Yes. TVA is implemented and supported by a real team.

The level of support depends on the path you choose — Inbox, Growth, or Advisory — but the goal is always the same: make the system easier to use, easier to see, and easier to grow.

This is not unlimited concierge management unless separately scoped.

  • Yes, through TVA Growth.

But we do not recommend running ads into a broken system. The goal is not just more inquiries. The goal is a cleaner path from inquiry to tour to contract.

  • Usually, yes.

If your current inquiry and follow-up process is messy, we start with the system first. Once the lead flow is clean, TVA Growth can add ads, funnels, and marketing support to feed the pipeline.

  • TVA Inbox is built to help capture, organize, and automate your inquiry follow-up so your team has a cleaner system, faster responses, and better visibility.

It is not full concierge inbox management by default.

TVA Concierge is offered on a limited, invite-only basis and is currently waitlisted. If hands-on inbox management is needed, it has to be separately scoped and agreed to in writing.

The goal of TVA Inbox is to give your venue a stronger system first — not create another dependency.

  • Because venue owners should know what they are walking into.

TVA is not mystery pricing, a high-pressure sales funnel, or a vague promise to “get more leads.”

We show starting pricing so you can decide if TVA is in the right range before we talk.

  • TVA was built by Nikki Keller and The Venue Assistant team after years inside the venue and event industry.

The system is based on real venue operations — inquiries, tours, follow-up, proposals, contracts, client communication, event logistics, and the backend structure venues need in order to grow.

TVA is not a generic software template. It is a venue-specific system built around the path from inquiry to booking.

  • Tell us what is happening at your venue — leads, follow-up, CRM, ads, tours, pricing, launch, or backend chaos.

We will tell you where we would start and whether TVA Inbox, TVA Growth, TVA Advisory, or another path makes the most sense.
